On February 4, 2025, BIEA organized a side event under the 2025 ECOSOC Partnership Forum, co-hosted by the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs, the Brazilian Technology Park, the Business Incubators and Accelerators Association, and the Italian Children’s Home. The event, titled Enhancing Women's Empowerment to Shape Strong Partnership Networks: Advancing the 2030 Agenda at the Intersection of Technological Empowerment, was successfully held in New York.

     As the only offline side event led by a Chinese institution and incorporated into the official agenda of the 2025 ECOSOC Partnership Forum, this event, focusing on gender equality and technological empowerment, attracted more than 10 experts and leaders from academia and the business sector, who shared valuable insights and practical experiences for advancing the 2030 Agenda in the context of technological empowerment. The discussion resonated deeply with participants and sparked extensive reflection.
