On September 20 (UTC+3) 2024, BIEA co-hosted the Virtual Side Event under the Summit of the Future during the Action Days with the BRICS Expert Council – Russia and UNDP Tajikistan at the Tauride Palace in St. Petersburg. The event themed Reinforcing the 2030 Agenda for Vulnerable Groups Through Advancements in Emerging Technologies invited 12 representatives from 9 countries and regions. In parallel to the in-person meeting, the event conducted online live-streaming which attracted thousands of domestic and overseas audiences.
