On the morning of February 20, representatives of PPSTI 21 economies were invited to visit the University of California Riverside.

Dr. Rosibel Ochoa, Associate Vice Chancellor Technology Partnerships and an Adjunct Professor for Chemical and Environmental Engineering at U.C. Riverside, first welcomed the delegates with "tango" oranges. Later, she introduced the wonderful case of how her Technology Partnership office helped school teachers and students connect with commercial markets and farmers.

During the discussion of "inclusiveness in technology commercialization, innovation and entrepreneurship", four outstanding women from different backgrounds and professions shared their entrepreneurial experience and described how to maintain the "balance" between work and life.

During the tour, Dr. Jieni Guo, Secretary-General of BIEA introduced to Dr. Ochoa in detail the AAAS Annual Meeting Scientific Sessions on " Female Sci-tech Talents Capacity Building on Entrepreneurship" sponsored by the Beijing International Exchange Association and to be held in Washington on March 3. She also invited Dr. Ochoa to share the construction of the US scientific and technological innovation ecosystem in China at the right time, and Dr. Ochya gladly accepted the invitation.
