According to Measures for the Administration of Beijing International Exchange Association's Organization-wide Standards (Trial), the organization-wide standard of Evaluation of Scientific and Technological Achievements of International Science and Technology Projects (T/BIEA 001-2022) of Beijing International Exchange Association has been officially implemented since September 1, 2022.

The organization-wide standard is demonstrated from five dimensions: scientific value, technological value, economic value, social value and cultural value, in order to improve the evaluation system of scientific and technological achievements and commit to promoting international scientific and technological exchanges and cooperation models.
