On August 11, the webinar is co-organized by Beijing International Exchange Association and Centre for Innovation and Transfer Technology, National University of Malaysia (INOVASI@UKM). The purpose of this event is to introduce the criteria and procedures for foreign companies to enter the Chinese market and provide a platform for interested Malaysian companies or entrepreneurs to learn how to further their development in China.
During the webinar, Secretary-General, Dr. Jieni Guo gave a speech on "GatetoChina: A Guide for Overseas Start-ups" as the answer for the question of "How to set up a company in China for Malaysian Enterprises".
GatetoChina (http://gatetocn.bjexchange.cn), is an online program platform built by BIEA for overseas technology-based start-ups. To help young overseas entrepreneurs who are interested in starting business in China to understand about how to do business in China, the platform has launched five series of courses themed on Chinese society and culture, policies, intellectual property rights, finance and taxation, and how to grow a business in China.
In addition, representatives of International Talent Service Division at FESCO Beijing and Zhongguancun International Incubator introduced "FESCO International Talent Service" and "Zhongguancun International Incubator Service System" respectively. After the meeting, the Chinese and Malaysian representatives had active interactions.
