As the first event of the Center, the Webinar on Women in the Workplace: Tactics for Addressing Gender-based Barriers was successfully held on July 28, 2022. A panel of global experts from China, the US and Canada explored the issue of gender-based barriers and tactics for addressing these barriers to create more inclusive workplaces as well as presenting themselves confidently in the workplace.
