On September 21, the "Eurasia International Quantum Science Cooperation and Popularization Dialogue," organized by the Beijing International Exchange Association and co-organized by the All-Russian Science Festival, was successfully held at Beijing Chaoyang Donghu International Center. Under the theme "Science Popularization Connects the World, Quantum Leads the Future," the event brought together experts and scholars from multiple Eurasian countries, attracting over 4,000 participants both online and offline.

Liu Xiaokan, First-Level Inspector of the Beijing Association for Science and Technology, delivered the opening speech. A representative from UNESCO’s Natural Sciences Sector also addressed the event via video, emphasizing the importance of quantum science in international cooperation and popularization. During the event, participants jointly launched the "Initiative on Emerging Technology Exploration and International Science Popularization Cooperation."
In the keynote session, Professor Leonid Gusev (Vice Rector of Moscow State University), Dr. Zhou Lai (Associate Researcher at Beijing Academy of Quantum Information Sciences), and Mr. Parwin Muminov (Project Lead at UNDP Tajikistan) shared the latest progress and application prospects of quantum technology from perspectives including science popularization practices, quantum communication, and green energy. Engaging discussions were held with both on-site and online audiences.

The event served as a cross-border platform for science communication, aiming to strengthen cooperation in science popularization across Eurasia and enhance public understanding of the profound impact of quantum technology on future societal development.
