The seminar featured policy dialogues, capacity-building sessions, technology case sharing, and the release of best practices, focusing on the application of digital technologies to enhance the well-being, social connectivity, and quality of life of senior citizens. Participants exchanged experiences and lessons learned from across the Asia-Pacific, promoting regional cooperation and knowledge sharing in the field of healthy aging.

As part of the program, participants visited the Beijing Telecommunications Museum and a robotics experience center, gaining first-hand insights into China’s innovative practices in integrating digital communications, robotics, and elderly care. Many representatives noted that China’s systematic approach and practical experience in smart elderly care offer valuable references for building inclusive and sustainable aging service ecosystems across the Asia-Pacific region.
