On February 27 (UTC+1), Dr. Jieni Guo, Secretary General of the Beijing International Exchange Association, was invited by the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) to visit its headquarters in the World Meteorological Organization building. Dr. Guo met and communicated with Mr. Julian Caletti, Associate Programme Officer at UNITAR.

The conversation aims to promote the selection and joint training of Chinese youths with international vision and global leadership. The two sides reached an important consensus in terms of the schedule, course arrangement, and teaching resources, planning to sign relevant agreements as soon as possible. In addition, the two sides also exchanged ideas regarding entrepreneurship incubation training as well as science and technology diplomacy.
