From November 14 to 16, China-BRICS Science and Innovation Incubation Park (China-BRICS SIIP) for the New Area Collaboration and Exchange Event was held successfully in Xiamen, which established China-BRICS New Era Science and Innovation Incubator Cooperation Network was officially established, opening a new page for science and technology innovation cooperation among BRICS countries.

In the preparatory stage of the event, the Beijing International Exchange Association (BIEA) made full use of its expert resources and work experience in BRICS STI cooperation and set up an expert team to summarize the panorama of BRICS science and technology innovation incubation services based on extensive research and sorting out the incubation policies and entrepreneurship practices of BRICS countries. 

Given the association's outstanding contribution to the event, during the conference, BIEA was honoured with the title of Strategic Collaborative Unit, which is not only an affirmation of the association's work in promoting international scientific and technological cooperation but also a recognition of the pivotal role it played in the event. The Secretary General Dr. Guo Jieni said: " BIEA continues to deepen its efforts in the field of BRICS science and technology cooperation and is committed to building an efficient and open cooperation platform. By integrating resources from all parties, we actively promote information exchange and technological cooperation among BRICS countries, and on this basis provide support for the construction of China-BRICS Science and Innovation Incubator in the new era.”
