From September 2 to 3, 2024, BIEA hosted a Seminar on APEC Technology Empowers Low Carbon Action (TELCA) in Beijing. More than 30 representatives from 11 member economies as well as representatives from international organizations such as the United Nations Development Program and the Policy Support Unit of the APEC Secretariat attended the Seminar. Dr. Jieni Guo presided over the meeting.
