To provide support for the transformation of scientific and technological innovation results, the China-BRICS Science and Innovation Incubation Park (China-BRICS SIIP) for the New Area Collaboration and Exchange Event was held in Xiamen, China from November 14 to 16, 2024. Invited delegates from BRICS countries, with backgrounds in incubators and academia met representatives from universities and Sci-Tech parks in Xiamen. The two parties have achieved a series of cooperation consensuses to share STI resources and facilitate research outcome transformation, jointly serving the transformation and incubation of achievements. 

As a strategic collaborative unit, BIEA participated in establishing China-BRICS SIIP and initiated the launching of the China-BRICS Science and Innovation Incubation Park Collaboration Network. Dr. Jieni Guo along with other 17 experts were appointed as an International Advisory Committee Member for the China-BRICS SIIP Collaboration Network and jointly held the First Meeting of the International Advisory Committee on China-BRICS SIIP, which remarked on a new chapter launching for scientific and technological innovation cooperation among BRICS countries.
